This strategy trades the KXETH15M market on Kalshi, evaluating every 15 minutes. It buys 'yes' if Bitcoin's 1-minute velocity is above 4 and price is above its 1-hour VWAP, and buys 'no' if velocity is below -4 and price is below VWAP, each using 5 contracts. It exits all positions if Ethereum's 5-minute change exceeds 0.15% in either direction, or if the unrealized loss reaches $5.
