This strategy trades the KXHIGHCHI market on Kalshi, evaluating every 45 seconds. It buys "no" contracts when the current price is above 0.4 (or 0.5) and Chicago Midway’s current and forecast temperatures are below thresholds (e.g., 85°F), with positions sized at 2 or 3 contracts, up to a 15-contract cap. It exits entirely if the price drops below 0.3, the temperature reaches 85°F, an unrealized loss of -10 is hit, or time to expiry falls to 30 minutes.
