It buys 'no' contracts (size 2) when quote > 40¢ and Chicago temp/forecast high < 85°F, or size 3 if > 50¢ and temps < 83/84°F, using recent weather. Exits all on price < 30¢, temp ≥ 85°F, loss hit $10, or expiry ≤ 30 min. Max position 20 contracts.
