This Kalshi KXHIGHNY strategy evaluates every 45 seconds. It buys 3 'yes' contracts when temperature is near the forecast high, the 3-hour trend is rising, and wind is low, or buys 3 'no' when temperature is far below forecast and trend is falling, capped at 5 total contracts. Exits are triggered at $4 profit, -$5 loss, or 30 minutes until expiry.
