This strategy trades Kalshi's KXBTC15M bitcoin market, checking conditions every 10 seconds and holding at most 10 contracts. It buys 5 contracts of YES or NO only when no position is open, expiry is within 60 seconds, price is under 0.3, spread is at most 0.065, and bitcoin's 5-minute change and 1-minute velocity agree in direction. It exits by selling everything at 30 seconds to expiry, on tiered unrealized losses (below -3 with 5 or fewer contracts, below -5 with 6 to 10), or once the YES best bid reaches 0.5.
