On Kalshi it checks every 10 seconds and trades BTC 15-minute markets. With no position and under 60 seconds left, it buys 5 YES contracts if price is under 0.3, spread is 0.065 or less, and BTC's 5-minute change is above 0.001 with positive 1-minute velocity; it buys NO on the opposite signals. It sells everything when under 30 seconds remain, when the bid reaches 0.5, or when unrealized losses hit -3 (size 5 or less) or -5 (size 6-10). Positions cap at 10 contracts.
