On Kalshi's ETH 15-minute market, this checks every 10 seconds. It buys 10 yes contracts when ETH's 5-minute change and 1-minute velocity and BTC's 1-minute velocity are all positive, with 5 seconds to 5 minutes left and a yes ask between 0.45 and 0.55 and spread at most 0.03. It buys no on the opposite conditions, sells everything on a $4.50 unrealized loss or near expiry, and allows one entry per market.
