This strategy trades Kalshi's 15-minute Bitcoin market, checking conditions every 10 seconds. It buys one YES contract when Bitcoin's price is above its one-hour average, short-term trend signals are rising, and the 15-minute change is between 0.25% and 1.2%; it buys one NO contract under the mirror-image falling conditions. Positions exit when momentum flips against them, when price falls to 0.07 or below, or rises to 0.93 or above, and are capped at 40 contracts.
