This strategy trades Kalshi's 15-minute Bitcoin market and re-checks conditions every 10 seconds, with positions capped at 40 contracts. It buys one YES contract when Bitcoin is above its one-hour average price, its short-term trend is rising, and the 15-minute gain is between 0.25% and 1.2% with a tight spread; it buys one NO contract in the mirror-image falling case. It exits everything if short-term momentum and the 5-minute change point the same direction, or if the contract price falls to 0.07 or below or rises to 0.93 or above.
