On Kalshi's 15-minute Bitcoin market it checks every 10 seconds and can hold up to 40 contracts. It buys one YES when Bitcoin price is above its one-hour VWAP, the 12-period EMA is above the 20-period SMA, and the 5-minute and 1-minute changes are positive with the 15-minute change between 0.25% and 1.2%; it buys one NO on the mirror-image bearish setup, in both cases only if the bid-ask spread is 0.015 or less. It sells the whole position when 1-minute velocity and 5-minute change agree in direction or reverse, or when the price falls to 0.07 or below or rises to 0.93 or above.
