It buys 4 YES contracts when price is under 0.45, the forecast high is above 69, and the gap to forecast is above -5.5; buys 4 NO when price is over 0.69 and the gap is below -5.5, both with spread under 0.1. It sells everything at 60 minutes to expiry, or sooner at 8 profit or 16 loss, capped at 30 contracts.
