On Kalshi's most liquid 15-minute HYPE market, this strategy re-checks conditions every 10 seconds and holds at most 50 contracts with YES prices between 0.05 and 0.95. It buys 10 YES and 10 NO at the current best bid only when expiry is between 4 and 10 minutes away, the paired best bid total is at or below 0.90, and no position is open, capping the combined price at 0.98; it cancels all orders when expiry is 2 minutes or less, when the paired bid total exceeds 0.90, or when no position is open.
