This strategy trades the LAX high temperature market every two minutes. It places buy limit orders for both yes and no at the best bid when the spread is at least 5 cents, price 15 to 85 cents, no position, and expiry over 2 hours; each order is 25 contracts, max 50. It cancels all if spread narrows, a fill occurs, time is short, price leaves that range, or an unrealized loss of $25 forces a sale.
