This strategy trades the most liquid Kalshi KXBTC15M market, re-checking every 30 seconds in a fixed rule order. It sells everything if open losses reach 25 dollars or if two minutes or less remain before expiry. Otherwise it buys one YES contract when Bitcoin's 5-minute and 1-hour changes are both positive, the price sits between 35 and 65 cents, and the spread is 3 cents or less, or buys one NO contract when both changes are negative and the price is exactly 65 cents with the same spread cap. Positions are capped at 100 contracts, with allowed prices between 28 and 72 cents.
