On Kalshi's most-liquid 15-minute BTC market, this strategy checks every 30 seconds and trades at most 100 contracts, only at prices between 0.28 and 0.72. Each tick it runs rules in order: it sells everything if unrealized loss reaches 25 or time to expiry is 2 minutes or less; otherwise it buys one YES contract when Bitcoin's 5-minute and 1-hour changes are both positive, price is 0.35 to 0.65, spread is 0.03 or less, and expiry is over 2 minutes away, or buys one NO contract when both changes are negative and price is exactly 0.65 with the same spread and time conditions.
