On Kalshi's KXBTC15M market, this strategy checks every 30 seconds, using Coinbase BTC-USD price changes over 5 minutes and 1 hour. It exits everything if unrealized loss hits -25 or if 2 minutes or less remain to expiry; otherwise it buys 1 YES contract when both BTC changes are positive and price is 0.35 to 0.65, or 1 NO contract when both changes are negative and price equals 0.65, in both cases only if spread is at most 0.03. Position size is capped at 100 contracts, with YES prices only allowed between 0.28 and 0.72.
