This strategy trades the KXBTC15M market on Kalshi, checking every 60 seconds. It enters a position if the market price rises above 0.60 or falls below 0.20, expecting a return toward a middle range. A 30-second cooldown applies between signals, and no more than 10 contracts can be held, with the strategy only active when the price is between $0.10 and $0.85.
