This strategy trades Kalshi's 15-minute NEAR market (series KXNEAR15M) and re-checks conditions every 10 seconds. It holds at most 10 contracts, with prices bounded between 0.01 and 0.99. Each tick, rules are checked in order and the first match fires. Rule 1 cancels any resting orders when orders exist but no position is held. Rules 2 and 3 enter with 10 contracts only near expiry (45 seconds or less), when the spread is 0.01 or tighter, and the relevant side's best ask sits between 0.84 and 0.99; the YES version additionally requires Coinbase NEAR price above its 1-hour VWAP, its 1-minute EMA above its 20-minute SMA, and positive 1-hour, 15-minute, and 5-minute changes, while the NO version requires the mirror-opposite conditions. Rules 4 and 5 enter 10 contracts in the final 25 seconds before expiry, requiring a 0.01-or-tighter spread and the relevant best ask between 0.90 and 0.99. Rule 6 cancels all orders once expiry is reached or passed.
