It enters when the NWS forecast for LaGuardia exceeds 77°F, price is below 42¢, and spread is tight, buying 6 contracts at a time up to a 12-contract cap. It exits all positions if the forecast dips below 73°F, price rises above 60¢, time to expiry falls under one hour, or unrealized loss exceeds $15.
