This strategy trades Kalshi's 15-minute SOL market, checking every 10 seconds. Rules are evaluated in order: it sells everything if unrealized loss reaches 7.5 or if 5 seconds or less remain; otherwise, within the last 5 minutes, it buys 16 YES contracts when the price is between 0.45 and 0.55 and SOL's 5-minute change, SOL's 1-minute velocity, and BTC's 1-minute velocity are all positive, or 16 NO contracts when all three are negative. Positions are capped at 50 contracts and orders only go through between prices of 0.14 and 0.95.
