This strategy trades Kalshi's 15-minute HYPE market, checking every 10 seconds and capping its position at 200 contracts. The first matching rule wins each tick: higher-numbered rules enter with buy orders only when position size is zero, within five minutes of expiry, price is in range, spread is tight, and Coinbase HYPE price, momentum, and velocity agree on direction. Earlier rules exit the whole position when unrealized profit or loss crosses tiered thresholds that vary by position size.
