On Kalshi's KXXRP15M market (most liquid series), the strategy checks every 10 seconds, with XRP data refreshed every 5 seconds. Position limit is 20 contracts, prices bounded 0.01 to 0.99, and entries capped at 5 per market. Rules run top-to-bottom, first match firing. Rules 1 and 2 sell YES or NO when that side's position is above zero, but only the selected fill's remaining quantity, and only if the executable bid is at or below that fill's purchase price minus 0.25 (gaps can sell lower). Rules 3 and 4 buy YES (size 20) if MACD histogram is at least 0.0004 and 5-minute change at least 0.002, or buy NO if histogram is at most -0.0004 and change at most -0.002, only when position size is zero. Rules 5 and 6 sell the selected fill only when the bid is at least that fill's purchase price plus 0.1 before fees. Rule 7 cancels all within 15 seconds of expiry. Entries are blocked daily 22:00-08:30 America/New_York.
