XRP gates rerun

This Kalshi strategy trades the most liquid market in the KXXRP15M series, checking conditions every 10 seconds with a 20-contract position limit and YES prices bounded from 0.01 to 0.99. Rules are evaluated top to bottom and the first match fires. Rules 1 and 2 close any existing YES or NO position only when that fill's executable bid has fallen to at least 0.25 below its actual purchase price, and each acts solely on the selected fill's remaining quantity rather than flattening unrelated fills; price gaps can result in selling lower. Rule 3 buys 20 YES contracts when the XRP one-minute MACD histogram is at least 0.0004, the YES best bid is at least 0.2, and position size is zero; rule 4 mirrors this for 20 NO contracts when the histogram is at most -0.0004, the NO best bid is at least 0.2, and position size is zero. Rules 5 and 6 sell a fill only when its executable bid reaches at least 0.1 above that fill's actual purchase price before fees, again touching only that fill. Rule 7 cancels all orders when 15 seconds or less remain to expiry. Entries are allowed only outside a daily blackout from 22:00 to 08:30 America/New_York, capped at 5 entries per market.
