XRP gates rerun

This Kalshi strategy trades the most liquid market in the KXXRP15M series, checking conditions every 10 seconds with a 20-contract position limit and YES prices bounded from 0.01 to 0.99. Rules are evaluated top to bottom and the first match ends the tick. Rules 1 and 2 sell an existing YES or NO position when the executable bid for that specific fill is at or below its actual purchase price minus 0.25; gaps can fill lower, and only that fill's remaining quantity is sold, never unrelated fills. Rules 3 and 4 enter only when position size is zero: buy 20 YES contracts if the XRP one-minute MACD histogram is at least 0.0004 and the five-minute change is at least 0.0005, or buy 20 NO contracts if the histogram is at most -0.0004 and the change is at most -0.0005. Rules 5 and 6 sell a specific fill when its executable bid is at least its purchase price plus 0.1 before fees, again only that fill's quantity. Rule 7 cancels all orders when 15 seconds or less remain to expiry. Entries are limited to 5 per market and are blocked during a daily blackout from 22:00 to 08:30 America/New_York, with the start day identifying overnight periods; exits remain ungated by the schedule.
