Turbine Studio is a separate software tool for building and deploying user-directed trading bots on supported third-party venues. Studio availability depends on the rules, eligibility requirements, KYC requirements, and jurisdictional restrictions of each supported venue. You may not use Studio to bypass or evade any venue restriction.

Turbine includes the Exchange, a decentralized prediction market platform built on blockchain technology, and Turbine Studio, an AI-powered software environment for creating, testing, and deploying user-directed trading bots on supported third-party prediction market venues. Exchange trades are executed on-chain using smart contracts. Studio bots trade through your own accounts and credentials at supported third-party venues.

You may not use the Platform from, or for the benefit of persons located in, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions or other restrictions where our services, blockchain functionality, or supported venues are not legally available. You agree not to use VPNs, proxies, wallet relays, false information, or other techniques to bypass sanctions, export controls, geo-blocking, venue restrictions, or compliance checks.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, refuse transactions, or disable functionality if we believe your use creates legal, sanctions, export control, compliance, security, or regulatory risk.

The Platform operates using smart contracts deployed on blockchain networks. Once executed, blockchain transactions are irreversible. We have no ability to reverse, cancel, or modify transactions. You acknowledge that:
Markets are resolved using the UMA Protocol's Optimistic Oracle system. Resolution proposals can be disputed during the challenge period. We are not responsible for market resolutions or disputes. Final resolution is determined by UMA token holders through decentralized voting if disputes arise.
The Platform may charge fees for certain operations. Exchange fees may include:
Turbine Studio Basic is currently offered at ninety-nine U.S. dollars ($99) per month. Unless you cancel before the end of any free trial or current billing period, your Studio subscription automatically renews monthly and your payment method will be charged the then-current monthly subscription price.
We reserve the right to modify fees prospectively. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
You may submit prompts, strategy descriptions, configuration values, bot code, comments, names, market selections, and other content to the Platform ("User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights needed to submit it.
As between you and Turbine, you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Ojo Network Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate, improve, secure, support, and promote the Platform, including to display strategies or backtest pages you choose to publish or share.
Studio may generate code, strategy text, backtest summaries, explanations, or other outputs using artificial intelligence. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, overfit, unsuitable for live trading, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, modifying, and deciding whether to use any generated output.
Generated Code and Software Defects: Studio may generate or deploy code with defects, logic errors, incorrect assumptions, stale API integrations, or other bugs. These defects may cause unintended trades, repeated trades, incorrect order sizes, failure to enter or exit positions, failure to cancel orders, incorrect P&L calculations, or losses exceeding strategy settings. You accept these risks and are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, configuring, monitoring, pausing, and stopping bots.
Public strategies, AI-generated strategies, and backtest results are not recommendations, endorsements, or instructions to trade. Backtests may be inaccurate and do not predict future performance. You must conduct your own diligence before deploying any strategy or risking capital.
We may remove, hide, moderate, or refuse to display User Content that we believe violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates legal or regulatory risk, misleads users, or harms the Platform.
All blockchain transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded. Wallet addresses and trading activity can be traced on the blockchain.
In addition to on-chain data, we use third-party analytics and product improvement tools (such as PostHog) to collect usage data when you interact with the Platform. This may include:
This data is used solely for debugging, product improvement, and enhancing the user experience. We do not sell this data to third parties. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection of this data. Session recordings automatically filter out sensitive API keys you may enter into the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turbine, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Due to the decentralized nature of the Platform, we cannot prevent you from interacting directly with smart contracts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email, in-product notice, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules or Commercial Arbitration Rules, as applicable. The arbitration will be conducted in English, on an individual basis, and, unless the arbitrator requires otherwise, remotely or in Wilmington, Delaware.
You and Ojo Network Inc. waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where permitted, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or unauthorized use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Turbine regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
The Platform integrates a third-party bridge widget provided by Trustware ("Trustware") to allow users to transfer tokens from other blockchain networks to Polygon. By using the bridge feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
Turbine Studio ("Studio") is an AI-powered tool provided by Ojo Network Inc. that allows users to generate, configure, and deploy automated trading bots on third-party prediction market exchanges such as Kalshi. By using Studio, you agree to the following additional terms:
Studio is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Nothing generated by Studio — including trading strategies, bot code, market analysis, or any other output — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to trade. All strategies and code are generated by artificial intelligence on an "AS IS" basis with absolutely no warranty of effectiveness, profitability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AUTOMATED TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS. PAST PERFORMANCE OF ANY STRATEGY, WHETHER REAL OR SIMULATED, IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. YOU MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR FUNDS.
Ojo Network Inc. does not actively manage, monitor, supervise, or control your bots or trades at any time. Once a bot is deployed, it operates autonomously based on the code you approved. We have no ability to intervene in, modify, pause, or cancel any trade executed by your bot. You are solely and entirely responsible for reviewing all generated code, configuring your bot parameters, and monitoring your bot's activity.
YOU AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY OJO NETWORK INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) TRADES EXECUTED BY BOTS YOU CREATED OR DEPLOYED USING STUDIO; (B) ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF STUDIO OR AI-GENERATED STRATEGIES; (C) YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY OUTPUT OF STUDIO; OR (D) YOUR USE OF STUDIO IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.
AGGREGATE LIABILITY CAP. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF OJO NETWORK INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO STUDIO, AI-GENERATED CODE, STRATEGIES, OR OUTPUTS, OR YOUR USE OF STUDIO, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IN THE AGGREGATE. THIS CAP APPLIES EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU HAVE PAID.
Studio is intended solely for the purpose of automating trading strategies on supported prediction market exchanges. You agree to use Studio only for its intended purposes. Any use of Studio for purposes other than automated trading strategy development and deployment is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Studio and any bots you deploy comply with the terms of service, rules, KYC requirements, account eligibility requirements, API policies, trading rules, and regulations of all third-party trading venues on which your bots operate, including but not limited to Kalshi, Polymarket US, and any other supported exchange. You agree not to use Studio to circumvent, evade, or violate the terms of service of any third-party trading venue. Ojo Network Inc. is not responsible for any consequences arising from your violation of third-party terms.
Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate trading bot code and strategies. You agree not to:
Studio deploys bots to cloud infrastructure provided by Locus, an independent third-party service provider. By deploying a bot through Studio, you agree to be bound by Locus's Terms of Service.
Studio provides backtesting tools that simulate how a trading strategy would have performed against historical Kalshi orderbook data (typically a 30-day window). You acknowledge and agree that:
