Markets are resolved using the UMA Protocol's Optimistic Oracle system. Resolution proposals can be disputed during the challenge period. We are not responsible for market resolutions or disputes. Final resolution is determined by UMA token holders through decentralized voting if disputes arise.

As a decentralized platform, we do not collect or store personal information. However, all blockchain transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded. Wallet addresses and trading activity can be traced on the blockchain.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Due to the decentralized nature of the Platform, we cannot prevent you from interacting directly with smart contracts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration association. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Turbine regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
The Platform integrates a third-party bridge widget provided by Trustware ("Trustware") to allow users to transfer tokens from other blockchain networks to Polygon. By using the bridge feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
Turbine Studio ("Studio") is an AI-powered tool provided by Ojo Network Inc. that allows users to generate, configure, and deploy automated trading bots on third-party prediction market exchanges such as Kalshi. By using Studio, you agree to the following additional terms:
Studio is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Nothing generated by Studio — including trading strategies, bot code, market analysis, or any other output — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to trade. All strategies and code are generated by artificial intelligence on an "AS IS" basis with absolutely no warranty of effectiveness, profitability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AUTOMATED TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS. PAST PERFORMANCE OF ANY STRATEGY, WHETHER REAL OR SIMULATED, IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. YOU MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR FUNDS.
Ojo Network Inc. does not actively manage, monitor, supervise, or control your bots or trades at any time. Once a bot is deployed, it operates autonomously based on the code you approved. We have no ability to intervene in, modify, pause, or cancel any trade executed by your bot. You are solely and entirely responsible for reviewing all generated code, configuring your bot parameters, and monitoring your bot's activity.
YOU AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY OJO NETWORK INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) TRADES EXECUTED BY BOTS YOU CREATED OR DEPLOYED USING STUDIO; (B) ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF STUDIO OR AI-GENERATED STRATEGIES; (C) YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY OUTPUT OF STUDIO; OR (D) YOUR USE OF STUDIO IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.
Studio is intended solely for the purpose of automating trading strategies on supported prediction market exchanges. You agree to use Studio only for its intended purposes. Any use of Studio for purposes other than automated trading strategy development and deployment is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Studio and any bots you deploy comply with the terms of service, rules, and regulations of all third-party trading venues on which your bots operate, including but not limited to Kalshi and any other supported exchange. You agree not to use Studio to circumvent, evade, or violate the terms of service of any third-party trading venue. Ojo Network Inc. is not responsible for any consequences arising from your violation of third-party terms.
Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate trading bot code and strategies. You agree not to:
Studio deploys bots to cloud infrastructure provided by Locus, an independent third-party service provider. By deploying a bot through Studio, you agree to be bound by Locus's Terms of Service.
STUDIO AND ALL AI-GENERATED CODE, STRATEGIES, AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. OJO NETWORK INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT STUDIO WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY GENERATED CODE WILL FUNCTION AS INTENDED OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
